By enrolling in Powerful Leaders LLC.’s high performance small group coaching program, I agree to the following:

 

  • I am registering for a high performance coaching module, that consists of 2 individual coaching sessions and 10 small group coaching sessions.
  • I understand that this coaching program is about improving my present and future life. And that while we will look to the past to gather information that helps me access my full potential, coaching is not therapy.
  • I understand that my results are up to me and I will not hold my coach liable under any circumstances for my results or actions.
  • I understand that due to the nature of coaching services, refunds will not be given.
  • I promise to keep all small group discussions confidential.
  • As a client of Julie Hruska and Powerful Leaders LLC., I will not reproduce the materials used during our work together without written consent.
