By enrolling in Powerful Leaders LLC.’s high performance customized coaching program, I agree to the following:

 

  • I am registering for a high performance coaching program that consists of 10 one on one customized coaching sessions.
  • I understand that this coaching program is about improving my present and future life. And that while we will look to the past to gather information that helps me access my full potential, coaching is not therapy.
  • I understand that my results are up to me and I will not hold my coach liable under any circumstances for my results or actions.
  • I understand that due to the nature of customized coaching services, refunds will not be given.
  • If I need to change our scheduled coaching time, I agree to contact Julie Hruska no less than 24 hours prior to the session to reschedule.
